The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, but there were issues with the room reservation. The service was excellent and went above and beyond to cater to guest needs. The location is convenient despite poor cell service, with a restaurant nearby being a saving grace. The dining options were a bit overpriced for a continental breakfast, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and comfortable with great artwork on the walls.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, very pleasant, and informative. The staff took extra care of guests and even accommodated a giant dog.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is really convenient for our needs, although the cell service is lacking. The charming front lobby area adds a nice touch.
Dining
6.0
The dining is a bit pricey for what is essentially a continental breakfast. I'd recommend trying the traditional breakfast at the nearby restaurant for a better value.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities are adequate, but there were some unused bedrooms/storage rooms which seemed neglected.

6.4/10

Staying at this hotel was like sleeping in a cozy, homely bedroom rather than a typical chain hotel room. The newly updated bathroom was a nice touch, but the continuous noise from passing 18 wheelers loaded with various goods took away from the experience. The room was unfortunately cold and had a lingering smell that was not pleasant.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean with a newly updated bathroom, but the noise from passing trucks and the cold temperature were drawbacks.
Service
7.0
The service was extremely pleasant and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. However, the lack of staff presence at night when dealing with noisy guests was a downside.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to Carrabassett Valley and Sugarloaf Mountain, making it a good spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, it is near dining options like the Orange Cat Cafe and the Woodsman.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit limited, with almost no options available. Guests recommended visiting the Woodsman for a great traditional breakfast despite the higher pricing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were sparse, with the only saving grace being the restaurant opposite the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location was perfect for my needs, being quiet in late October and conveniently close to the Orange Cat Cafe. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
